PARAGON was formed in 2012 by
(Guitarist) Steve Delesdernier &
(Drummer) Josh Ingraham. Both growing up in Portland, CT, their talents crossed paths in their early teen years. With their influences practically identical, they started writing original material and recruiting other local musicians to form (Alkatraz). Realizing they had something special, they quickly made plans to capture their magic at a local recording studio. Their first gig was a major success at "The Portland Fair" earning loyal fans and E.P sales reaching into the hundreds. This lineup went on to open for acts like "Tiffany" & "Three Days Grace." Although (Alkatraz) was short lived, they continued to push forward. Through thick and thin, they've agreed on continuing to persue their love of music. Conquering The Webster Theater stages at the ages of 16, ten years later have numerous shows under their belts ranging from The Wesbster Theater to Up Or On The Rocks & everything in between. With their drive & determination, they quickly hit the studio to lay down tracks in search for members to complete PARAGON . After numerous failed auditions, they came across long time friend, (Vocalist) Brian Moore formerly of (Social Darwin). Soon to follow would be Dan Field formerly of (Wreckless) & Bassist Eric Rosier. After only about one jam session, the writing process was ignited. With each member having their own unique style and sound, combined, creates an edgy melodic modern rock that will stand the test of time. Recently releasing 3 demo singles "I Wont Be"
"Resolution" & "Fragile" have already recieved recognition on the airwaves through local radio station 104.1 wmrq fm. PARAGON is focused on booking any and every show they can, as well as unleashing their talents and creativity into the music community.
